How to receive your license after using Robux
Here is how to receive your license after purchasing RO-EXEC using Robux.
After successfully paying, you will need to validate your purchase. Simply put in the username of the ROBLOX account you paid with and your email.
You will be shown a green notification in the bottom right corner. This means your payment went through successfully and you are now ready to find the E-Mail.
Go to your E-Mail (login if necessary), and check your spam folder. The E-Mail should be titled "Purchase Confirmation".
Copy your key, the license key is usually in the middle of the E-Mail. It should be a relatively short piece of text.
Once you have the license key, you are ready to register. Make sure to follow the instructions on how to register & download RO-EXEC.
Troubleshooting
"We were unable to verify if you have any licenses."
This means that we just need to update it. Let us know!
"You do not have any newly purchased licenses to receive."
This means that you may have already received the license (check your E-Mail spam folder!) or have not purchased yet.
"We are currently out of licenses for this product type."
This means that we need to restock. Let us know & be patient, we check stock all the time!
"The captcha field is required."
This just means that the captcha was not loaded correctly. Refresh & try again!
